Red Roof Inn & Suites Monee

We travel all over the country for my husband’s job.. and this is by far the nicest Red Roof Inn we have stayed at. My husband is a man of few words, so when he checked in and it only took him 10 minutes tops, I said wow that was fast! He said oh the young lady working at the front desk was a sweetheart. Great customer service. Friendly and professional. Not sitting on her phone like most of em and acting like you’re inconveniencing them! The room is HUGE and so is the TV.. bed has a blanket too! lol not just a paper towel feeling bedspread from 1980. Plenty of towels and soap. VERY CLEAN.. I don’t know where the rooms were that ppl stayed in who gave bad reviews because it’s not a 5 star hotel but it’s definitely nicer than some I have stayed at!! The doors to the entrances actually lock too. Feel completely safe while my hubby is at work. Nice clean heated pool too. So far it’s been great!!!!!

My recent stay at Red Roof Inn & Suites Monee was honestly one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time — especially for a property in this price range. From the moment I arrived, I could tell that this location takes pride in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. First, the location is extremely convenient. It’s right off the highway, making it very easy to find and perfect whether you're traveling for business, passing through on a road trip, or just looking for a quiet weekend stay outside of the busier city areas. Despite being close to major roads, the hotel felt peaceful and safe, which made it easy to relax. Check-in was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and genuinely friendly. They greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions patiently, and made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation number. That kind of hospitality really sets the tone for a stay. The room itself exceeded expectations. It was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was incredibly comfortable with clean, fresh linens that made it easy to get a great night’s sleep. The décor was modern yet simple, creating a cozy atmosphere without feeling cluttered. I also appreciated the little touches like ample lighting, convenient outlets, and a workspace that was actually functional. The bathroom was equally impressive — very clean, well-maintained, and stocked with essentials. Water pressure was strong and the hot water was consistent, which is something that frequent travelers know can make a big difference after a long day. Another highlight was how quiet the property was. Even with other guests staying there, the environment remained calm and relaxing throughout the night. This made it ideal for both resting and getting work done. Amenities were exactly what I needed. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which helped me stay connected without frustration. Parking was easy and conveniently located, adding another layer of stress-free comfort to the stay. What truly stood out most, though, was the staff’s attentiveness. Whether you're staying for a night or an extended visit, this is a place where you can feel comfortable and well taken care of. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Monee area.

Staff here is so awesome, rooms are so clean too!!! Great location yo be in as well for us truckers!! #"Sam" made every morning Great, smiles all day and always able to help out. #"Aaron" made it the best as well with every mornings help and great attitude towards better days! Whole staff from cleaning to tech to checking in & out and every worker there is nice to be around and always able to help. Love staying here!!! It's a must stay!

Mani was the gentleman that helped us. He was friendly and considerate. He took care of our needs and was very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to others foe a pleasant stay

Probably one of the best Red Roofs around the Chicago / NWI area. Rooms actually clean and no bugs, and employees are friendly. They also offer a quick little breakfast from 6am-9am. Coffee, orange juice, lemonade, waffles, toast, muffins, cereal and fruit. They have a pool which I did not use when I stayed. They have a computer guest can use. Whole place is non-smoking, 3 stories with elevator. They have two luggage carts to help with belongings. They have a washer and dryer you can use from 8am-11pm and they cost two dollars each. They have ice machine, pop and snack vending machines. Drinks are $2.50, snacks (chips, goldfish, pretzels, fruit snacks, snickers, 3 musketeers, Twix, m&ms, chocolate cupcakes, cookies, danish) ranging from $1.50 - $2.50 each. Basic satellite tv that actually works and good Wi-Fi signal that’s constant.

The Room was large, clean very comfy. It was well equipped with Office Desk, nice work space. Fridge, Microwave. This is a very quiet location if you want to Work or just chill and rest. The Staff - Very welcoming and Professional yet Warm. I think I smelled maple bacon in the dining area but was to exhausted to indulge. Gives you a home away from home feeling I highly recommend this location.

The people are very nice The manager is really cool and understanding. I will recommend my family and friends to visit the hotel and the number one thing it was clean I will be back
